FAQ + Store Policy

  • Where is my order shipped from?
    ✦  Malaysia

  • What countries can you ship to?
    ✦  Currently, I can ship to all countries except the following:



  • What are the shipping rates?
    ✦  Malaysia: Free
    ✦  Everywhere Else:
    • Sticker-only orders: $7
    • Print-only orders: $10
    • Everything else: $16

  • Do orders come with tracking numbers?
    ✦  All orders are registered. Tracking numbers will be sent to your email once items are dispatched.
    ✦  PLEASE NOTE: Some countries will only have limited tracking as per the country's postal services(this may include USPS) and will only update as far as when a parcel has left the country of origin, so please be aware.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    ✦  Orders will be processed and shipped out within 10 days of order being placed.
    ✦  Orders with preordered items will only be shipped out after the preorder items arrive, and so will have a longer processing time.
    ✦  Delivery time starts from date of dispatch, which is when an email with the tracking number is sent.
    ✦  It will take any time between 2-12 weeks from date of dispatch for items to reach their destination.

  • Can my non-preorder / in stock items be shipped first?
    ✦ Non-preorder / in-stock items in the same order as preordered items will be sent together. If you want to receive the in-stock items first, please consider ordering separately.

  • What is your policy on UK/EU orders?
    ✦ UK/EU customers are liable for any VAT fees that my be incurred. Please make sure you understand this before ordering!

  • I need my order by a certain date, is there a faster shipping option?
    ✦  Sorry, there are no expedited shipping options at the moment. If you'd like an order to reach you in time, please make an order well in advance and take into consideration the estimated time of delivery.


  • How are my orders packed?
    ✦  Sticker-only orders are sent in envelopes.
    ✦  Print/Sticker-only orders are sent in rigid mailers.
    ✦  Everything else is either sent in bubble mailers or packaging boxes.
    ✦  I try my best to pack orders using reused, recycled or recyclable materials wherever possible without compromising the safety or quality of the products. Please take note of this when ordering as some items may come in imperfect packaging!

  • I received the wrong item/an item came in damaged, what should I do?
    ✦  Please contact me with your order number and photographic proof and I'll try my best to help!

  • It's past the estimated time of delivery and I have not received my order.
    ✦  Due to the pandemic, items may take longer to arrive at their destinations, please contact your local post office directly to see if they can help track down your order. If you've already contacted your local post office and the order has still not arrived a month past the estimated time, please contact me with your order number and I will try my best to help!

 

STORE POLICY

✦  All orders are final. No returns or cancellations once order is placed.

✦  All customers are responsible for any custom fees, taxes and tariffs that may be incurred. This includes UK / EU customers who are liable for any VAT fees that may be incurred. Please make sure you understand this before placing an order.

✦  Customers are responsible for any incorrect or missing information. Contact me immediately for any amendments as I will not be able to alter your order once it's been packed and dispatched.

✦  Keep in mind that I have no control over your order's status to your country once it's been dispatched.

✦  If a package goes unclaimed and is returned, you will have to cover shipping fees for a redelivery.

✦  Please note that some orders might incur custom fees which may also affect the delivery time. Make sure you understand your country's custom fees before placing an order.
